  Terrible service! Waitress was rude. After we waited for 20 min to get a menu, we waited another 15 to get her to come over to the table. After she finally came to take our order, she said what can I get you?, then a man she knew walked up to her at that moment, and she turned her back on us and visited with him for 4 minutes and 17 seconds. I turned my timer on my phone. We were shocked. I told my friends, lets get the hell out of here! But I was stuck between them and wouldnt let me out. So when she was done visting, she flipped around and said "Are you ready yet?" No sorry. No nothing. We did stay but waited another 25 minutes for a rueben sandwich, soup, and sliders. Will not be coming back!
  I called and asked for the owner to please call me back. But that never happened.
  So when all my summer customers ask where a good place to eat is in Juneau? It wont be McGiveney's!
